Kfc - Riyadh

The Missy burger. it was small and dry. French fries are oily and tasteless. overpriced.

The egyptian cashier was so rude! I was waiting on the line to have order i’ve waited at least for 10 minutes because i understand a lot of people taking orders he shouted at me and said you are on the wrong line. I told him whats your problem? He shouted again and go go go no orders! Oh my gosh is this the kind of service that KFC al mamlaka mall branch can offer? I think that young man has no proper training, not customer oriented, very rude. If i were the manager i would never tolerate this kind of attitude in my workplace.

As a tourist in Riyadh, I ordered 5 meals to the hotel we are staying at, after 1h 45m they cancelled our order. Note that I called them after 1h to follow up the order.. also it took the operator 5-6 minutes to take my order, SO unprofessional never ever got such a bad experience, they even deserve to get 0 star if it was an option

Checkin is not cooked will , they don’t have tissue , the burger should have Turkey they don’t but it

How come they don't have tissue ?? and the strips size smaller than any other store
