Based on my brother's recommendation, I visited Pizzeria Pasta Fresca da Fabio in Rixensart on February 21, 2018, for lunch. The atmosphere at Fabio Maria's restaurant is simple, yet comfortable and welcoming, with a family-like ambiance. The service was friendly, efficient, and the value for money was excellent. Fabio, the owner, is attentive to his customers and I enjoyed a delicious crispy thin-crust pizza. The menu also offers a variety of other dishes and suggestions for future visits. While the wine selection is limited, it complements the pizza and pasta dishes well. Due to the small size of the dining area, reservations are recommended. Conveniently, there is a large parking lot across from the restaurant. Definitely worth a try!
