We've been wanting to go there for a while on the advice of a friend. I don't know why we waited so long. This restaurant is extraordinary, you feel very good there, the welcome is very pleasant, the dishes are extremely fine, there is no false note. The Barolo (it's rare to find it in a restaurant) lived up to its reputation. In short, it was perfect. We won't wait that long to come back. The terrace must be very pleasant in summer. Service: 5

There are places where we like to spend time. A Saturday. One windy day, one rainy day, by a crackling fire, we decide to have the Vegetarian Menu. And what a surprise! A real stroll of flavors. Work, mastery of tastes, textures and cooking. Seasonal, local, fresh, elegant, lovely products. All accompanied by a succulent wine, expertly recommended by the owner of the place! Gorges du Tarn, after the right angle bend in the river, 1 km after the Les Prades campsite, you will see the Sahuc terrace. All you have to do is get off the canoe and climb the cliff to find yourself right above the river and enjoy a unique view. It's also very easy to come by car, there is parking right in front! It's calm, it's beautiful, simple and it already smells of refined cuisine upon entering. You will be pleasantly surprised by these dishes prepared with ingenuity, intuition and elegance in terms of presentation. A real treat, a summer evening with a sunset in the gorges and it will remain a real holiday memory. accompanied by a local wine, dinner will be a pure marvel.
