Bidra med feedbackThere was no A/C. The floors were extremely slick and slippery. We drove ten hours and ended up there for a 1 star experience. I couldn't even eat as I was so nauseous from it being hotter in the building than the outside.
Location: Popeyes, 51 78 W Blue Heron Blvd, Riviera Beach, FL 33404, United States Store Number: 4549 Date of Visit: July 19, 2023 My visit to Popeyes on July 19, 2023, was an unfortunate experience marred by poor service and lack of accountability. As I entered the store, I noticed that the service was exceptionally slow, with only one seemingly inexperienced employee manning the register, and no other cashiers available to help. After patiently waiting for more than 15 minutes without any sign of progress on my order, I politely inquired about its status. To my surprise, the associate treated me dismissively, claiming that I had just arrived and hadn't been waiting for more than a minute. This was far from the truth, as I had already been at the store for quite some time without any receipt for my order. When the store manager, Mr. Desmond, eventually emerged, his attitude was disheartening. He showed no interest in addressing the issue and failed to apologize or take responsibility for the mismanagement. Moreover, when I asked for the store owner's information or upper management contacts, Mr. Desmond refused to provide them, leaving me with no means to escalate my concerns. What added to the frustration was the associate's refusal to acknowledge the mix-up or apologize for the inconvenience caused. It was evident that the staff lacked proper training in handling such situations and lacked empathy towards customers. Overall, my experience at Popeyes Store Number 4549 was extremely disappointing. I hope the management takes this incident as an opportunity to improve their service and instill a sense of responsibility among their staff. Proper training and accountability are essential to ensure that customers are treated with respect and that their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
The ghost pepper wings are the best. Let me tell you how good they are. They're so good I bought some on a Friday night. And went right back that Saturday night and placed another order to go. I highly recommend them. I'm going to place an order or 2 for my lunch today. Sincerely Janay Allen
Asked for a 2 piece dark meat and this is what I get. The wing is bigger that. 2 fingers and got a breast. Smh.
Today I went in after placing an order on the mobile app. It was confirmed and I even showed up almost 30 minutes after the order. Once I arrived and walked in; the young lady at the register did not stop to acknowledge me, I spoke up and attempted to get her attention but she just ignored me. There were two guys behind me and they even said something as well. Once she finally decided to give me attention she had a bad attitude and a mean look. I provided her my order number and name and even showed her my receipt from online. She stated she did not see my order and that it had not came in yet. Then asked did I just place my order. I told her no and that my order was placed almost 30 minutes ago and that my ticket even gave me a time at which it would be ready. She still had an attitude and then two other people came to see what was the issue. I was being told that my order could not be found. I was asked multiple times my name and I kept showing them all my order but they pretty much had an issue. I almost left without my food because I was getting fed up with the rude service. Eventually I was helped and got my food after again stating my name and then stating what I ordered. I will never go back to this establishment again. And this is not the first time I have experienced terrible customer service here I have been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. But no more! Don’t go here
