Longhorn Steakhouse - Riverview

Went here a few Friday's ago for dinner, it was very good with very good service. Went back for lunch 9-27-23 ordered a steak with loaded baked potato. I paid dinner price for my lunch and the potato looked different. It was crusted in salt and looked nice on top. When I ate it the skin was burnt, thick and the potato was brown, not fluffy white. I was a reheat from a leftover baked potato from the night before. How dare they pawn off leftover food for a steak dinner that cost me 30 bucks for lunch!!! My steak was also overcooked and not very good. It is not the cleanest restaurant around either. It has a musty smell when you walk in. In the corners of the restroom there is mold and ****, probably hasn't been cleaned in a year. Under the booths are filthy, lights are dusty. Clean your dam restaurant and serve fresh food!

“Cooks” the ones that don’t really know how to cook, think well done means burn the steak. They brought me a burnt charco brick, so hard you could barley cut through it. Left hungry after being there a long time, ruined my lunch time.

Outstanding service... One of the best steaks I've ever had... However... The expediter, waiter that was serving food around the restaurant had extremely strong cologne! Gave me a headache in between my my my meal. Also made me sneeze.You want to make sure that your patrons smell the food not your workers!

I love going to restaurants in the day time. I love them not having to rush your order, or coming to check on you often, almost like they're catering to just you. The food did not take long to arrive at all. Waitress was especially courteous.

I love this place. The service and atmosphere are great. Normally the food is good but they had a bad day today. Half of our food was cold, and we got there 30 minutes after they opened, which makes no sense unless they served us old food. Overall they are good and I won't give up just yet I think this is a one time thing.
