Bidra med feedbackThe girl working drive through at 7:00 this morning needs customer service training. Snatches your card out of your hand and pretty much throws the card, a straw and your food at you. The food also tasted like melted plastic.
Their frozen drinks taste toxic and like they have expired ingredients. I have only ever had good frozen coffees from Dunkin before, so this was a first. Both the regular and mocha frozen coffees tasted toxic and bad to me and my husband.
Walked in , and no one greeted me. Then, the cashier was rude. Proceeded to argue with me over a Baverian cream donut vs. what they wanted called it , Boston cream. This was after I twice pointed to the cream donuts I wanted.She also gave me a dirty look when she thought I wasn't looking. I then spoke to the manager who was nice but had no control of her employee. She proceeded to argue with me over my complaint.Fire the cashier.
This place needs to get there game together. im an everyday customer and i ask for the same exact thing everyday, but i cant seem to get anything correct, my coffeee is either too sweet or not sweet. i ask for veggie bites and they give me bacon. i ask for glazed and i get chocolate. i mean i would rather go inside and make my own at this point.
Personal cld were a little more pleasant, but overall my coffee was excellent and service was fast
