Papa Johns Pizza - Riverton

Seriously a JOKE. Ordered pizza online and said it would take about 40 min. After swan hour I called to check on it and they told me it would be delivered in 2-5 min. Here we are 40 min after almost an hour and a half later and nothing. Called and they said it was just delivered. Not outside anywhere. Ridiculous.

Awful custom service. Went in politely asking if any pizzas were ready and the register guy had a smart remark that “I think they’d need to be made”. Will not be coming back to this location.

I love Papa John 's Pizza, I do. But after tonight 's experience, I will NEVER order from this location again. I didn 't receive my pizza and not only did the app say it had been delivered, but asked me to rate the driver. I tried calling the store for 15 minutes and each time it would put me through to where it said it would be answered, then it would say call could not be completed and to try again later. Finally I drove to the store. The manager said, Oh, yeah, your pizza was delivered to the wrong address. They called and said they had a pizza they didn 't order. So this place had my phone number, it is on every order and they could have called and explained that they would send another order right out. They did not do that. Instead I had to drive to their location. If I wanted to do that, I wouldn 't have had delivery. I told the guy I at least needed my tip and delivery fee refunded, thinking he would remake my pizzas. He said he would refund the whole thing. I was thinking I would still get my order. Nope. He refunded my money which since I didn 't get my pizza he had to do, and dismissed me without any effort to make it right. For the problems I had and having to go over there because they didn 't answer the phone, I would expect he would have discounted my order, or thrown in a free dessert, something. But no. I am out time, I am out gas and I have no pizza.

Ordered some pizza and never received it. After an hour and a half of waiting I called the store. They said they’d send a new one out with a different driver. Another hour later we still hadn’t received our pizza. I called the store again, iterate of course, and the employee thought it was a good idea to yell at me and hang up on me. So I called back and talked to the “manager”. He was very unprofessional, shouting at me, trying to defend their absolute **** poor job of handling customers. You are in the customer service industry and did nothing for your loyal customer. This papa John’s store has the worst employees, managers and service. Do not buy from them.

The worst papa johns pizza and customer service I have ever encountered. Dont waste your time here. You'll regret ever going.
