Bidra med feedbackThe staff at this restaurant was extremely impolite. I have a canola oil allergy and when my grandson inquired on my behalf, he was dismissed. When I asked directly, I was rudely treated.
I prefer my fish and chips served hot and salty, and this restaurant did not disappoint. The service was friendly and prompt, and my meal was still hot when it arrived at my table.
The seafood basket at this restaurant is fantastic! The fish and chips were very good and offered great value for the price. The meal was ready for pick up right on time and was beautifully presented.
We had dinner tonight and it was absolutely disgusting! it is as if the deep freezing oil was filled with the food that was eating over boiled! the food was badly wrapped because of the amount of f oil. I called the owner and he spoke little English and told me he didn't leave the food long because he was in a hurry because it was a Uber order. he offered no replacement or a refund and did not want to know
If we could give this a zero, we, as snapper was thin, overcooked and very oily, owner leaned a refund or to eat redo and put it on the phone. never had such bad customer service especially as we were regular customers
