Waited in the drive through for 5 minutes I was the only car there and I didn’t get any response just wasted my time

So god damn slow, multiple employees standing around while the restaurant is packed! I understand good help is hard to find, but get after these lazy employees that customers can clearly see doing nothing!

Bagels are ALWAYS good here, we all know that so no need to go into more detail there.Today, I had to go out and about shopping alone w out my kiddos. I stopped at this location for a sandwich. They were absolutely slammed both inside and the drive through. I think the drive through lady (Anne) was feeling bad about the wait and that they didn’t have my bagel. Keep in mind this is around 1 P.m. so totally not abnormal to be out of certain bagels by this time. As far as the wait, I sat in my car and was able to listen to my girl Taylor swift for the duration of my wait with no cutie kiddos interrupting my jam sesh… so I was a happy camper.Anne was so sweet, made me leave with a smile so I had to give a shout out to her!Also, my ham and Swiss sandwich (add tomato) was ?

Absolute molasses in the winter. I thought they were starting the cooking process to create the bagel from scratch shortly after I ordered it took so long. I could’ve taken a cooking class and made this at home by the time my order was complete. Then to add insult to injury, my order finally comes up, and what do you know? The two iced coffees I also ordered at the same time weren’t even started. As you could probably guess, those took almost as long. No joke I waited an additional 20 minutes for an iced coffee. You try and ask so you can plan out the rest of your week knowing your Saturday is torched and you just get, sorry we’re pretty busy. Normally that’s all fine and well. But I’m frustrated the drink didn’t come out at the time my food did. 25 minutes after ordering it. No joke.
