When I came back with my receipt and a pic to report it, the cashier apologized and said we'll make you another. About few minutes later, a women came from the back name Yulie holding my receipt and stopped the 2nd order then asked to see the pic. When I showed it, she paused then said oh that's how it supposed to be cooked. I said no its not, I get this all the time. She said loudly with an attitude I can't give you your money back. I was shocked cause she was trying to draw negative attention to me. Then she said loudly I can't help you twice while holding the receipt and shaking her head no. I took my receipt and started to leave; I heard her tell the staff I was just trying to get a free meal. When I looked back, they were all looking at me and Yulie was smirking like she won. Horrible customer service and burnt food. No thank you.
