I've tried the burro al pastor four times now, and each experience has been absolutely fantastic. The first time we visited, my wife ordered the street tacos, and she wasn't too impressed. However, during our second visit, I encouraged her to give the burro al pastor a shot. Once she tried it, she finally understood why I was making such ecstatic food-related noises the first time around!
