Romano's Chicago Pizzeria - Riverside

Empty on a Saturday night should of been the red flag to leave this place. I was craving Chicago deep dish pizza for weeks now. I live in riverside so I wanted to find a local spot. Very disappointed with the service, and most of all the pizza, not well balanced. The pepperoni lacked flavor, I've had Chicago pizza before and this was the least of my favorites.

If I had lunch with one of my brothers today, I ordered the antipasto salad and a Chicago dog also wasn't great service was good and it is a beautiful clean looking place. I think they're known for pizza when I go back, I'll shoot it.

Love their sandwiches, but so disappointed. $112 for 4 sandwiches, pizza, salad. Sandwiches were so small, not what we usually get. Not even so many fries in the box. I usually eat half, it was so small that I ate the whole thing. Not worth the price, sad day. The reels are huge.

Well medium rare is how I like my burger, and well done it is, definitely frozen, but believe it or not it was kinda good. 18 dollars for the burger. The waiter didn't didn't know that the burger supposedly had a pork belly on it, and the supposedly waiter said that he didn't know that it said that, and then backstepped and said it was bacon lol. Lmfaoo and it was bacon and awesome even thought almost burnt I was hoping for close to med-rare/medium, and to say the least not well done frozen patty, but yet again the bacon, onion ring, and bbq sauce even though it came from a cheap BBQ sauce. I wish at least not a 99cent special. There new menu is coming out soon, and by the way not a waiter. The manager, and the beer, and special drinks n/a last night. But I'd still recommend it...Parking: Alot lol

First time here. Last time here. Decided to go with the Fam to have lunch before our showtime at the theatre. Was not greeted upon entry. Waited a few minutes and was told we would be seated shortly. Ordered a medium deep dish pizza and was told it takes 40 minutes!!! They where not even busy, only a couple of tables with a few people. Walked out and went to Ohana Sushi instead. Never again!!!
