Mcdonald's - Riverside

Cashier person could not get my code for my ice coffee correct so I had to cancel my ice coffee order and just have my hamburger and chicken burger.

NEVER come to this mcdonald's, I come here very often even though the service is not good, i come here thinking they might have fixed things but they never do anything. this place is dirty and the workers NEVER get your order right. they don't even give you napkins or sauce ?! came here yesterday and i ordered a ice cream cone on the mcdonald's app, i waited there for 45 minutes and i didn't get my order. i just left because how does it take you that long to make a ICE CREAM CONE??? i'm never coming back to this mcdonald's

Ordered a meal for delivery today and the “double cheeseburger “ was a bun with a piece of cheese in it, no burgers! Not ordering there ever again!

Ordered a Big Mac combo, a large fry and a strawberry shake. The drive-thru speaker was terrible, It was difficult to understand what they were saying. When I got to the window and they reviewed the order it was incorrect. They said I ordered a Big Mac combo, 3 fries and a strawberry shake. When I told them I only wanted a Big Mac combo and 1 large fry and one strawberry shake the girl thatbwas helping said ok and she still didn't fix the order, she gave me 1 Big Mac combo and one strawberry shake, no large fry. I just gave up... These people certainly don't care at all.
