Girl at front said regular coffee gets free refills. I asked for some ice. Got no ice n got charged when I went for a refill. I said they should let the girl know refills aren’t free and the black chick called me a tattletell lol. Said she didn’t want to know who told me refills are free. I shrugged n said fine. Then she went around talking about it complaining with her coworker that told me it was free when it wasn’t.

I like this place because it's super accessible and convenient. Maybe they're having staffing issues, bc as of late these past times- that they're rushed- they've intentionally given me a watered down version of my orders. If it's not intentional, then they might have staffing training issues. Please prepare my drink according to the price that I pay.

Way better than Starbucks and the staff is way nicer than most places. Definitely a downtown favorite for my coffee!

Sunday morning 9am this place was busy. Friendly staff.Vanilla bean cold brew and mocha latte were delicious! Blueberry scone and banana walnut bread were ok. If you're in a hurry don't say yes when asked if you want it warmed up.
