Bidra med feedbackWaiter said they are a “95% scratch cooking” restaurant: grind their own beef for burgers, break down whole chickens, house-made pickles and pickled onions (delicious). Had the patty melt and chicken BLT from the lunch menu (20% off all lunch menu items). Patty melt was a wonderful amalgam of onion, cheese, beef, sauce, and sourdough. Chicken BLT was a bit unbalanced. The thick chicken breast overwhelmed the delicate nature on the bacon, lettuce and tomato. I suggest pounding the chicken thin so that the other components are more forward. I look forward to coming back.
We might have returned on an “off night”. We’ve been here before and the food was amazing. So we brought friends to try but this time it was disappointing. The atmosphere was still nice, clean, warm, inviting. Wish sparkling water was an option. You could taste the pipes in the water they served us. The food was very salty. The potato skins were mushy, had good flavor but didn’t have the same crisp as last time. Onion rings were either left in the oil too long or cooked in old oil. Avocado fries were great! So yummy and loved the dip/ sauce it came with. We ordered different burgers at our table, all of them tasted like the salt top came off and spilled into our patties. Those of us who ate most our burger were later swollen and tight from the water retention lol. Including me and I ate less than half. Service was slow, not bad. We wanted to move on with our night already so didn’t raise anything. Oh well. I might give them another shot one day. The first time we tried they were amazing. So maybe it was an off night.
Kinda expensive nice service small place food is good
The service was great the food was soooooo good and amazing I am so happy I went to try this place because I will definitely will be going back and the food presentation is beautiful!!
