Bidra med feedbackWhen I arrived at the table 2 people were anxious to serve me. i was waiting on a friend but the brought me my drink and an appetizer while I waited. Once my friend arrived we were asked if we were ready to order but my friend had not looked at the menu after this we were ignored dora food half hour. we thought it odd but were in no hurry. The menu was quite limited in choices. However we enjoyed our visit but one of the reason we set so long was the service was really slow
Very lovely restaurant, sat on beautiful Spanish style patio. Nice service, food good but not great. A little pricey. Note to management: Lose the distracting, non-relaxing reggaeton music. This is supposed to be a classy, elegant restaurant, not a nightclub. Think soothing, like Spanish guitar or smooth jazz. Otherwise, nice!
La Campanas is nestled into a corner of the entry way of the historic Mission Inn. The restaurant is protected from the hustle and bustle of the strret and the coming and goings of Inn patrons by a lush garden. All the seating is outside, and it was a bit chilly but they have plenty of heaters to ward off the cold.
Took my wife here for the last weekend off the Festival of Lights. The food was good and the wait staff was as well. I ordered the combo chicken and steak fajitas which was not on the menu. Chicken and steak were only listed separately at different prices. I was then charged steak plus chicken, when in fact, it should've been less than the price of steak only. The 2 hostesses were very unprofessional and both had attitudes. One was snarky and and the other was just rude, My T able was close to the hostess desk. During my entire dining experience, those same hostesses were joking, laughing and dancing around the entire time and flirting with the bus boys. If these girls are Hospitality Majors at UCR, they might want to rethink their career paths.
Food portions, prices and menu selection have changed dramatically. Very small portions and very high prices. Ordered a taco salad with added steak. $30.00 and it was the size of a salad plate. Margarita glasses are very small and one will cost you $16.00. Last Visit to this restaurant.
