Bidra med feedbackI had a great experience in Haiku today. I recently started eating raw/cooked sushi and I must say it was amazing. Maryann, the owner was so sweet and helpful by making recommendations about her favorite roles and I must say they are all fabulous! Everything was so fresh and well done. Being a local and having this place close to me is definitely a plus! Also many recommend them for their sushi!!!
What do a farm cow and Haiku Sushi have in common? They are both excellent in their field. The food was excellent, portion sizes were healthy, and there were many variety. Maria Anne, one of the owners, gave us personalized service with name and also offered her recommendations to what to order. The atmosphere is quite authentic for a village sushi house, with vaulted wood ceiling beams and small lanterns and candles. I traveled for work and get a variety of sushi throughout the country. Haiku has some of the best around, and the prices are reasonable. Top Notch!
It was the end of the day. 9:20. So I didn't expect much. But a beautiful little place. And the food was very good. I had CA Roll and a Bentobox A with extra soup. I was so happy when I started tasting. I'm coming to Long Island once or twice a year, so I'm pretty sure I'm coming back here.
Love love love this place! Best sushi for the north fork! The place is picturesque and clean, but offers the most hospitable service all around. Maryann is attentive, has great recommendations and a great personality! We really feel at home here! The prices are great and the food is even better! A must try 10/10 type of space!
BEST SUSHI I have had in a long time. Decided to pass through Riverhead on a long drive home and stopped at Haiku for lunch. Had 2 excellent house rolls that exceeded all expectations. Fresh fish, delicious flavors and great pricing. If you love sushi, you must go! Maryanne the owner was beyond lovely.
