September at 6:23 and they waited until 7:05 and they paid there to wait pizza only for an entire hour and not get something in the meantime others, wherever there are orders fast and my parents are Hispanic and I feel how this was racially motivated and I do not recommend going there
My experience was indiscriminate. I just ordered online to come to the store closed! No employees inside, house glows out, but both open characters. I was already charged for my order without getting a refund. A closed shop should not be able to accept and calculate orders. UPDATE: 8.28.22 I called 3 times and reached members of the company that the branch manager or regional manager would reach me within the next 2-3 days. NO ONE has reached me and every time I called, they said the same. I have not received a refund yet. I'll never go back to Little Caesars, poor customer service. Especially since I was paid on site and the store was closed when I arrived.
Very rattle and unprofessional. On 08/12/22 at 8 p.m., I am there to make an order, and have a few children playing and not taking their work seriously. Then the young girl was smart with the red, blue, purple hair, as one of the young men had sense enough to say, you can all move so that I finished with this lady order. She actually had the boldness to say no, then git an attitude when I asked her apology what you said. I only ordered bread sticks to be hot and ready, and after standing there about 5 minutes the same young lady said that I had to wait outside because they did not allow to wait inside, but there were other customers waiting. When that didn't work, she said we had to go outside so she could sanitate the ground. I then only asked about the manager and my money back, and told her the young lady had bad energy and the girl became very ignorant and began to heal and threaten to beat my ass (use curse words). Other employees had to hold them back. The manager had no control. So unprofessional and unacceptable. I'm also reporting to companies. This situation could have ended very badly. This young lady screamed and called me out in front of some other customers. If I wasn't jealous and had the meaning I had, she could have hurt herself.
He was waiting for an online order for 45 minutes. Just to get my pizza before they closed. I got the pizza at home and there was absolutely no sauce on it. There were a few teenagers running in and out behind the counter. I wasn't even sure they were working there. Never eat little Caesars again.
The staff was short of change and expected me not to receive my change. When I asked for a refund the nice young girl requested my refund from the Mgr on duty. They tried to give me the exact price of the pizza back. When I let the Mgr know that I gave the nice young lady 20. The Mgr on duty caught an attuide and stated it's only 3 dollars. Like I'm hurting for some money. Her customer service is very bad!! I will never return to this location
