Captain D's - Riverdale

I don't know what's changed, but this was the first time in about 6 or 7 months I'm here and my whole house got sick. Not sure if the food was not properly stored or cooked, but that never happened to eat it before.

Okay, so the food was good and the guy in the front with orders was really nice, but I wait in the line for a minute bc it was dinner rush and I saw how villains crawl the wall??

Didn't have Captain D in a very long time.... 3 years to be exact. I was so excited to enjoy her fish, Coleslaw and Hush puppies. But once I tasted the fish, it was soooooooo salty....!!!! Very salty and I don't think I'll be back soon

Customer service is terrible. You women in window keeping need a lot of work....the individual who does not take orders professionally at all. She didn't take my order when I got into the window. She said I didn't say anything when she asked. I suppose that was the reason why the waiting period was more than 15 minutes with 3 cars in front of me. I think people who don't want to work should stay home. But the foods were good.

The drive thru line was very long and slow. Customer service at the speaker and window was good. The spicy battered fish was old and dry. I was very disappointed after seeing the commercials and pictures on the order board. The bread stick was tough. The regular battered fish and fries were fine. I've purchased food from this location before and I was satisfied and that's why I've returned time and time again. But after yesterday's visit, it will be a while before I go back and purchase new items. But I will give them another chance.
