This place charged me over 50% gratuity on takeout for a single order of soup. I paid over $22 for soup. Last time I visit this joint.
Used to come to this place weekly when they were all you could eat for a set price. This was eliminated during COVID. Went back recently and saw that they had a new deal on the front of the menu that stated any 3 rolls for $24.95 . Me and my daughter ordered three rolls each. When the check came we were charged for each roll individually. When I questioned why this deal was not applied we were told that we didn 't tell her that we were ordering three rolls each. She made no attempt to rectify the mistake and laughed at me. I paid the full price bill and will never return. I don 't appreciate being ripped off and lied to. This business really should have some integrity and stand by its advertised promotions.
The take out steak and shrimp were horrible to say the least..shoe leather at best..ate in house once...that sucked also..pay a little more and ho to hanami..so disappointing again..all the good reviews are from 3 years ago..get it? Horrible
