Mother Miracle Bakery - Rishīkesh

I have discovered the best baked goods in Rishikesh at this restaurant. Not only are they delicious, but they also support a great cause. The profits from these treats go towards funding a free school for underprivileged children in the local community, helping to lift them and their families out of poverty. My favorite treat from here is the carrot cake.

The coffee and baked goods at this restaurant are fantastic. The atmosphere is charming, peaceful, and uplifting.

The restaurant may be a bit tricky to locate, but once inside, you will be greeted by a cozy ambiance decorated with heartwarming photos of school activities. A friendly student graciously escorted me through the school after I entered the wrong door. The brownie I sampled was enjoyable, though it leaned more towards a cake-like texture rather than a traditional brownie. Unfortunately, the establishment seemed to lack a proper retail setup, with no pastries on display and no designated staff for retail services. Additionally, the espresso machine was out of order. Despite these setbacks, the restaurant supports a good cause, and I would recommend supporting it if you are a local resident.
