Bidra med feedbackThe worst service ever the food used to be good, but after waiting for 50 minutes, my daughter got her undercooked burger. My wife got her potato that was raw, and when she asked for a new one, the waitress slammed the potato on the table and said go get your own fucking potato, so rude when the owner spoke to Us, she was very defensive about the bad poor behavior of her server. How terrible this place will be closed in six months don't go.
A local told me about this place and said to go on Monday when they have All You Can Eat Jumbo Chicken Wings for like $10.00. Totally worth it, not even sure how they make any money on it except from maybe beers sales but dang was it good and a GREAT value (it also comes with a big basket of fries as well) They had about 10 sauces you could pick from and the service was great. It's in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by corn fields but so worth a stop. They have a daily deal every day. I've was told some guys will come and eat up to 30 wings, they they will keep serving until you are full!
The staff are extremely rude, as well as the owners. While they are overworked, so is the rest of the world. Spread a little kindness and it goes a long way, like recommending your restaurant and not banning it from your personal list of local possibilities for food. Food was good, service sucked.
Down home, welcoming and delicious describe this hidden Green Lake, WI gem! For over 20 years, we 've been stopping at Walker 's on our weekend visits to Green Lake. In high school, the $1 burgers drew us in however, as we 've gotten older, the delicious Brandy Old Fashioned cocktails keep us coming back! Every time we walk in the door, we are greeted with a smile from the (newest owner Cindy and/or one of the friendly bartenders. While they might not remember our names, (since we are usually summer weekend visitors they never forget our faces or our drink of choice (our Brandy Old Fashioned cocktails are being poured as we sit ! The food is anything but typical bar food and the menu selection is varied. The nightly specials ranging from burgers, fish, chicken and ribs are delicious, extremely reasonable and filling. I can honestly say we 've never had a bad meal or left hungry! What makes this place so special to us is the local Cheers like atmosphere. Pull a stool up next to a stranger, take a sip of your cocktail and within minutes you have a new friend. They may be locals or they too may be weekenders from Chicago or Milwaukee, but at that moment you feel like a Walker 's regular! From local gossip to big fish stories, we 've heard them all sitting around the bar (and they never get old . If you bring the kids, don 't be surprised if Grandpa Harvey comes out and gives them a big gumball or a few quarters to play the video games (when he gets a break from washing dishes. Cindy locks him in that kitchen ; . So the next time you are in Green Lake stop by, pull up a stool, tell Cindy that Greg, Tim and Ann sent you over and enjoy this Green Lake gem! If you happen to see us at the bar, feel free to buy us a drink (we usually won 't turn one down ! Cheers to Walker 's!
Had the Scimpiest BLT ever. Tasted fine. But it came with 3 of the smallest pieces of bacon I ever saw on ANY Sandwich. For that price, they should pile on the Bacon and it didn't even come with French Fries. I will Never order that again....
