Good food, really good salsa, friendly staff and fast service, If you like Mexican food this is a good place to eat, family oriented, local family runs it, so support your local restaurants, they need the community now more than ever.

Even though this place is super busy every time, they still manage to provide excellent service and great food! I really like the tostadas the other two Mexican restaurants in Ripon tend to serve tostada that are too wet and the tortilla becomes soggy but not at Ede's. I can make it home and still enjoy crispy tostadas. Highly recommend!

Hidden Ede for a 50-person boarding event. They showed up early and quickly settled. The food was fresh and tasted incredible. When her catering window ended, I was to keep with all the remains and some serving floors with disposable burners for the rest of the event. Can not recommend very enough.
