Starbucks - Rio Rancho

Ordered drinks like normal very friendly person has not ordered a problem. wait was a little longer than normal again not so bad, but setting the hired was the worst. I told myself my total no gruß at window said that he would hold up so that I could change from my changer who led to turn light in the truck, handed over my 20.0p-ball to him and then dropped my change. this employee has not apologized that the change in the bay was not my fault, I was not out of the vehicle with impediment to recover my hard earned money from floor. then did my drinks come back with a setting and a handful of change? I'm sorry that this young man doesn't work my problem, but management needs to get his arrogance and disapline this rude young man......This experience the worst and I will never go back to this place. in front of a hired person with a bad setting at this place.

Bianca is brilliant and always has a friendly word and a positive attitude! great customer service of the staff here and they always welcome customers when they arrive and leave. I will often go out of my way or wait to get my favorite drinks, sandwich or baked goods from this place!

Well we used to come here every morning but lately the service sucks, the drive thru takes forever now. Today we went inside and stood there while 4-5 workers moved about they did not even acknowledge us just continued about their business so we left. We used to be able to get in and out of the drive thru in less than 10 minutes but that hasn’t happened in awhile. Plus they’re always out of stuff so by the time you get to order they don’t even have what you want. Whoever is managing here needs to do better. So disappointing.

The best Starbucks within 30+ miles. Friendly staff, great atmosphere to hang out, fun music, great service!Vegetarian options: They have several vegetarian and vegan options for snacks and breakfast. And ofcourse their many options for deinkKid-friendliness: There are always kids or teens coming in and out. The staff are friendly and accommodating of people young and old.Parking: Lots of parking. The only frustration is when non handicap people like grubhub, togo, or doordash often take up handicap spots ment for those in need and who have a placard.Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of accessibility.
