Pork Brew - Rio Rancho

I had a dream that there were BBQ restaurants from all over New Mexico and especially from Albuquerque, but that wasn't the case. In reality, there are only six providers that really stand out.

This restaurant is BBQ heaven! We have tried many samples, from rib tips to juicy brisket to jalapeno sausage to hushpuppies and mac n' cheese. All of them ranged from $1-2 each.

There was a lot of variety in the pork dishes available. The staff, from the parking lot to the entrance, was friendly and helpful. The weather was perfect for dining outside.
