Kfc - Rio Rancho

Ordered for pick up website says closes at 10 doors were locked at 8:30?? Had to bang on door. Order was missing items and no ice in the cokes. First and last time ordering from here.

I literally just went to go waste money and throw the food away. Disgusting place they gave me old old chicken ???? someone close this place down. People dont take there job seriously anymore and just go to put hours in there. Nothing fresh stay away

I was trying to order a meal for 10. I tried to used their app and after being bumped out of it a 2nd time almost at the end of order, I decided to call I explained my situation and wanted to phone in the order, which totaled $60+. They said they didn't take phone on orders, even though it was the apps problem so I told them I would take my $60 order elsewhere. Not a pleasant experience

Employees actually raced to lock doors and switch off open signage as I was reaching for the handle a full two hours before posted closing times. Claimed they have been closing early for the past month, and still have not posted any notice of any kind (yet there is a holiday schedule taped to the door).

Our order was cold it was wrong. I love kfc and this was the most terrible visit I've ever had
