Bidra med feedbackThe Texas ? Breakfast sandwich is amazing. If you are really hungry it's not probably going to fill up a dudes stomach, but it is worth getting.
Placed an order online (they don't let you remove items from your bagels, or a place for a side note). Called in immediately upon replacing the order to have them take capers off of my bagels, and they say they can't change orders once they're processed online. This is absolutely ridiculous, especially with how awfully difficult it is to remove something like capers once they're put on. This is not something that changes the price, and saves the staff time when making the bagels, but the staff is extremely unwilling to accommodate requests that THEIR system doesn't let you make ahead of time. I would have no issue going in person, but they work so slow, you'd spend 30+min in the drive-thru or waiting inside anyway.

Gotta love when you give a tip and they give you the wrong order. Third time this has happened. So frustrating!
Young lady working didn’t know how to take orders or make sure she at least fixed her mistake worst service expected much more from Einstein
