Kfc - Rio Linda

Every time we Order from Rio Linda they seem to get it wrong I'll drive a little longer to drive to NORTH HIGHLANDS OR NORTHGATE before I ever go back there or even Popeyes as better service and Customer service

!!! Watered down gravy and coleslaw !!! 2 weeks ago Great gravy, as always Now Watered down Changed the packaging so it seems like this is how it's going to be moving forward. It's a shame. Don't come to KFC often but one thing I looked forward towas the gravy. But, not anymore. It's literally like putting flavored water on your gravy. i just threw the coleslaw away.Almost flavorless because it was so watery. Makes me wonder where else KFC is cutting corners. 100% going to be a long timeuntil I even consider coming back here, let alone come back.

This place is terrible. The staff has an awful attitude, and they frequently get orders wrong. They charged me for something I never received, and they even added water to the root beer floats. Avoid this restaurant—it's not worth it. Save your money and go to Popeyes instead.

Hire fewer teenagers who are unable to perform their duties and bring on more experienced staff. The current young employees at this restaurant are rude, negatively impact the food quality, and struggle with their responsibilities.

I wouldn't recommend this place. They've repeatedly messed up my to-go orders, and today, June 6, 2022, the indoor dining area was closed for safety reasons (presumably due to COVID concerns). There was no signage or warning before I placed my order. I got my money back and ended up going to Subway instead. I won't be returning.
