Tim Hortons - Rimouski

A Tim is a Tim! But some stand out for their courteous service and presto! life... To date, no errors in my orders, always a sincere smile and health measures respected. Well done to those who respect those who are new to customer service, be patient, you started somewhere too!

It's really disappointing that all Tim Hortons in Rimouski only offer drive-thru service.No possibility of going to the toilet, washing our hands or relaxing sitting anywhere other than in our vehicle after driving.The line was long at the drive-thru but we were served quickly.Our order was incomplete, the maple Boston and the chocolate one were missing. When my husband checked out we had left the parking lot so he went without dessert.The few staff inside the restaurant were working hard to accommodate customers. I pity these poor young people.

The service was slow and the employees didn't seem to know what to do, plus when I received my order my coffee wasn't even full! almost a third was missing.

$10 for 4 slices of salad and rice wow, that's a scam, it's over the top! The prices and the quality are mediocre, it's the first time I'm writing a review to Tim! But... what's more, it closes much too soon...

Disappointing Tim Hortons on several occasions, a frozen muffin and a forgotten espresso shot. A cold wrap… The service is ok but the quality of the food leaves something to be desired in this restaurant.
