That it was someone 's house feeling is really hard to get rid of with those load-bearing walls definitely in the way, I understand. The rest was excellent. The service is attentive and helpful, without exaggerating, the customer is pampered just right. The food is excellent: a bit monothematic, the heavy use of salt which may displease, but objectively well managed, this search for contrast and balance is very interesting and pleasant on the palate.
