Bidra med feedbackWe were really lucky to find this veggie restaurant. Food is affordable and plentiful! We might have been unhappy the day we left when she appeared short-handed, so maybe not going if you're in a hurry. There are also two more veggie restaurants on the street, although this restaurant is so big, I cannot imagine getting a table. My only complaint would be that the street is very busy, and the restaurant has a wide open entrance, so it is loud. We were also interrupted three times by people selling small items. But a musician has played for us all and then asked for money what we liked to give... all part of the Lima experience!
Great lunch. 10 Sol (USd 3,3$ for soup, salad and main. I had Asian style tofu for my main, and enjoyed the fresh vegetable salad. Very recommended. Near many historical attractions.
Looking for vegetarian cuisine in Lima, my friends and I stumbled over El Paraiso de la Salud. We couldn't be happier with our find. We have been sitting with several locals, watching a World Cup game and eating some pretty amazing food. Portions are huge, we had enough for two meals to take away later! Flavors were also very nice. All in all, we had a fantastic experience and although I'm not a vegetarian, I would definitely come back when I drive to Lima!
