You don't have to rely on the size of this restaurant so the kitchen is big!!! A delight!!! dish from day to week for workers, a rich cuisine at an affordable price.
I have known this restaurant for many years, the chef always cooks as well, the place is pleasant and the quiet service. From the very good gourmet cuisine, everything is good. Prices are in line with what is tastefully and beautifully served.
On the kitchen side of fresh terroir products of the day. An obvious technicality of Chef Jean-Yves Abadie, Maître Restaurateur de France and his team. In the heart of Charolais, you can only sit on meats, always well accompanied or authentic farm products. Don't touch his ties in the South-West, the chef terribly cooks the foie-gras and duck jams...His cassoulet is a wonder. Just like the pig's feet to the mustard or the calves to the wisky and his armagnac! On the reception side it's very family. Even the retro decor makes it very fast to think that here, we are like home. For a small group, reserve, under the square, the table of the Masters, at the corner of the fireplace. Come on the evening of 31 , excellent fish . The decoration of this restaurant is sublime, we want to stay there hours ..! I recommend 100% A Super Chef
