Tokyo City - Riga Latvija

Popped in for a drink and a late night pizza, barman very good and made an excellent Whiskey Sour. The two take away pizzas were average at best but ok. This morning we went in for breakfast. The first person we spoke to just grunted an acknowledgment and sent us inside to see someone else. We sat down to look at the menu only to see two other staff members talking really rudely to each other. We got up and left. Breakfast may or may not be good. Maybe the night time barman could give the daytime staff some tips on service.

Very good and fashianable place. good music and smily stuff. kitchen is open until night. they made good coctails.

Pretty nice ambiance, friendly staff, lots of tables. Pretty nice place. Ordered the fried chicken, unfortunately when served it was frozen in the middle. Sent it back and got re-fired, tried the second time around and it had good flavor. Also had the tempura prawns and they were pretty good. Had their signature AOK beer, very refreshing and great flavor.

My favourite place in all Riga! Used to visit every week multiple times, super friendly staff which is not easy to find in Latvia, tastiest cocktails ever and pretty good pizzas and soups too. They host some exhibitions and events with DJs time to time but also it’s a place to enjoy every day with cozy environment and tasty menu.

On Sunday evening in place ordered pizza quattro formaggi, which eventually had pear slices on top (surprisingly though) and barley was packed with cheese, taste was ok, but not for the price, a very average. The girls working on bar seemed to be very occupied, since my friend had to wait for her who ordered beer first had to wait longer than me, I got my drink straight away when ordered. We came over to bar to find about my friends drink, when came, girls were dancing to music what played in bar. It felt there is some chaos and too noisy inside, waitresses didn’t manage to fulfil orders. Overall had poor impression of service from that case and it was spoiled even more by bad pizza.
