Bidra med feedbackBad service. The dark hair female bartender goes out of her way to be rude. I spend way too much money here to be treated so bad. Don't value regulars then ill take my money somewhere else. This place has a reputation for bad service. People only comehere for late night food but now we new options with friendly service that arrived over summer.
Came on a Sunday morning at 10:30 with our 7yo and some of his friends got one lane for the kiddos and one next to that for the parents and we had a great time! The front desk was nice, they had all of our sizes in shoes available, balls were in greatcondition with plenty for all of us, and the new setup for the lanes was great! The kiddos enjoyed the bumpers the littlebowling ramp thing. Had a super sweet waitress who grabbed us some mimosas, energy drinks (loved the tropical red bulls! andyummy garlic fries! (the ranch is A mazing!! We hit the arcade afterwards and let the kids get a few prizes. All in all agreat time and we'll definitely be back!
Not a place to take your family ! This was one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever had.. As a local business owner it makes me sad to know that 1 person person has the power to ruin your reputation and run off so much business and costyou so much revenue. The heavy set blonde lady with the baseball hat behind the front desk counter, Takes so much pride in beingrude and stuck up. Even when she was politely and professionally confirmed you could see the joy she took from knowing sheruined our family's fun day. My brother and I decided to take our 2 families to the bowling alley today and boy did we regretit. This lady single handedly was responsible for 4 different families walking out and she could care less. I sincerely hopethe business owner has an opportunity to watch her in action and see what She cost them.
Front desk tonight. Context doesn?t really matter much as customer service should almost always be kind, understanding, and at the very least, somewhat helpful. A woman with black hair who smokes cigarettes and a man with a light colored beard up frontdisplayed none of those qualities. They were rude, and unprofessional. I understand at the end of a long shift, dealing withcustomers can be difficult, but when your customer service can turn someone?s fun experience into something very different, as aowner, that?s the difference between returning customers and not. 2 stars because food service was amazing, bowling was fun, andrenovations were great, but the bad often overshadows the good and my groups night just wasn?t the same.
Not handicapped friendly. The blond lady Mal was very rude and condescending to us. She rushed us out 1 minute after our time was over. My cousin who is mostly blind struggled to find his items and she made him feel awful. Then she proceeded to tell usthat ? you know you have to take those shoes off right??. As if we were too dumb to how RENTAL shoes work. If your party has anyhandicapped people, I highly would not recommend this location. After reading all the other bad reviews it is clear that Mal issingle-handedly ruining this store reputation. I only hope that they fixed these mistake and improve their customer service.
