Gen Sushi - Ridgewood

I used to love the all-you-can-eat option here, but I’ve been told it’s no longer available. I've always enjoyed this restaurant, and I think their sushi is better than many other places in Ridgewood. However, my recent bill of $80 was a bit more than I would prefer. On the positive side, the service was friendly, it's BYO, there are outdoor seating options, and plenty of space overall.

I had lunch with my friend today and ordered the sesame chicken along with hibachi. The lunch box for $8 was excellent, including soup, salad, a spring roll, and a California roll. I'll definitely be back to try more dishes!

I had the spicy beef noodle special on a Sunday afternoon, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The dish was packed with meat and noodles that really satisfied my hunger. It was incredibly delicious!
