Casa Coriz - Ridgewood

I ordered steak flautas through seated.com, which redirected me to allsetnow.com to place my online order. When I arrived to pick up my order, they had not confirmed the order and were not prepared to cook the food. After a 15-minute wait, I was informed that they did not have the fries I had ordered and would receive a refund through the app. Upon getting home and trying to eat, I found the steak to be inedible - hard and chewy. Approximately 8 hours later, they finally confirmed and closed the order online without issuing the promised refund. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

The Mexican food at this restaurant is good and authentic, but I would not recommend ordering delivery. They take way too long, even though I live only five minutes away. Today, I ordered a quesadilla Al Pastor (which is my usual order) for delivery, but after waiting over an hour, I received Carnitas instead. When I called to request the correct order, they said they would get to it when they could, as they were busy. Unfortunately, the order never arrived. I don't think I will be ordering from them again.

I have ordered from this restaurant a few times and the food is delicious, but the delivery service is terrible. It takes nearly 2 hours to receive my food, even though I only live 2 blocks away from the restaurant. I don't think I will be ordering from them again.

This a great local Mexican spot. Looks to be family run. The Tortas and cemitas are bangin and priced fairly. The tacos aren't bad either. Their decor is welcoming and bright and colorful.

Food used to be good, everytime i order tostones they say they do not have it. or are too lazy to do it or just do not want to do it, whatever the case just take the tostones out of the menu and that is it!!!!
