Panera Bread - Ridgemont

Only decaf coffee and it was cold. Finally got regular after they made it. Soup was cold, had to microwave it myself once I found the micro hidden under the coffee bar. Never offered a meal upgrade or choice of sides. Chicken salad was tasteless. Thiscafe used to be good but not the last few visits. Had to interrupt workers conversation to get help.

I usually love Panera, but today I was not pleased. I ordered a pick 2 with soup and a grilled cheese, and my grilled cheese was not grilled. At all. My husband's teriyaki chicken bowl was an extremely small portion also. I won't be rushing back.

My wife and I stopped into Panera for lunch today. Not too crowded. Counter service was good. Friendly and competent. Our order came out correct. Her Napa Chicken Salad was good, but thin. My spicy chicken breast sandwich and cream of chicken soup weregood. We both had Iced Coffee, which was fine. Good quality and service as usual.

Very delicious, fresh, consistency on flavors of breads, pastries. Haven't had lunch or dinner yet. But, it seems I won't be disappointed. Staff busy but attentive, also clean environment.

Had lunch there today... Turkey, bacon, cheese sandwich on some different bread. Maybe with tomato and other flavors in the bread. Wasn't a fan of the bread flavor, but that's me. Wish they could crisp up the bacon.. It's was cold and very rubbery.. Ihad to pull most of it out cause it wasn't chewable.
