Southwest Cafe - Ridgefield

They had their salads before they got out, but never ate. It was excellent and the staff was great. They even gave me a small blanket for my bad back. I took a Caritas tacos home for dinner, that was excellent!! Oh, the grain bread is delish. Everything was very fresh.

Great food, delicious and fresh. They have good specialties and their chips and salsa are amazing.

I really tried to like this place. The people are nice, and the space has a cool, down-to-earth vibe. But I've been here three times and, each time, the food has been bland and underwhelming, particularly for the prices. Sad to take my business elsewhere.

Nice atmosphere, a good lunch. The chili and corn bread was excellent. Also crispy chicken sandwich was unique. The chicken had a nice crunch without all the normal deep fried crust. Large and refreshing salads, this is a good stop off while visiting Ridgefield CT.

Started with 9 stem chips and canned salsa in a children's portion paper bowl for 4 people. Bland, absolutely no wort on the shredded pig or chicken ridge. The salmon had to go back because he was raw. Rice and beans were tasteless. Not sure if it was a night, but 3 of the 4 meals were atrociously bad and the 4. Meal time was a cheese quesadilla. How can you **** a queen? I'm sorry, I'd be careful here.
