Zizzi Hampton Court

Lovely place, cosy atmosphere and super friendly staff

Not the finest example of a Zizzi restaurant. Staff were good, food is good but the layout of the place makes you feel as though you are sitting on top of one another.

Pleasant environment. Efficient, friendly service. Very acceptable food.

Starter on the kids menu was pretty poor (obviously dried up carrot remained untouched) the bit of bread crust with tomato sauce was very pretty much as it sounds. Calamari was anemic with a powdery coating, just seemed freezer burned and also went unfinished. Adult pizzas were nice (bechamel calzone was very nice). Lemon chocolate cheesecake was also decent. Sort out your starters and open up more pizza toppings for the kids menu and would be a huge improvement.

Chaotic. We have been asked if we want deserts before the mains arrive. The mains were a long wait and mistaken anyway. The manager didn't know what the food was supposed to be like. Sitting with empty plates for 20mins didn't bother anyone. For that kind of restaurant I'm disappointed.
