Went while it was hot. it was sawed in the restaurant. it took a while until the command was taken, but eating came in the right time. burgers are the best part of the menu. I had the brisket burned end, and hardly any sauce was on what a shame was. beautiful chips and beautiful koleslaw.
I visited the restaurant last weekend for the first time since they rebranded from Blues Smokehouse. I must say, I believe they have made improvements on the Blues burgers. The Smokey Blue Burger that I tried was delicious! My wife enjoyed the pulled pork bun, and the kids loved their burgers too. We will definitely be returning to try the ribs on our next visit.
I had never seen this place (Blues Smokehouse) particularly busy on weekdays, so I was a bit hesitant to try it. However, I decided to give it a shot when the opportunity arose. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the burger I ordered (the standard palm burger with extra brisket) was - cooked to a perfect medium rare. The bun was a soft roll that had a slightly leathery texture, but it complemented the burger well. My friend ordered the chicken chaptas, which arrived sizzling in a bit too much sauce. We also shared some crispy and tasty mac and cheese balls, but the portion size was a bit odd - no one wants to be left with the last one! We skipped dessert, not only because we were full, but also because the only option was a non-chocolate dessert, which felt a little boring. The service was excellent, very consistent, and our food was served promptly. The decor of the restaurant had a bright wood theme with low ambient lighting, a few booths for those seeking privacy, and a swing chair for those looking for a more relaxed atmosphere. I hope this place thrives for a long time; I can't wait to return!
During a visit to Twickenham with my family, we stumbled upon Palm Grill and decided to check out the menu. The menu offered a wide variety of choices and all looked very appetizing. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the service was quick. The food was absolutely delicious. This restaurant is very child-friendly, which was a plus for us. It's a shame that we only visit Twickenham occasionally, as we would definitely become regular diners at Palm Grill. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at this restaurant.
