Uncle Tetsu's Japanese Cheesecake, Hillcrest Mall

I am very disappointed with the matcha flavor that Uncle Tetsu bought this time! It is extremely wet inside and feels like eating mud. When I went to the store to complain, the staff had a bad attitude and told me to write a letter to the headquarters! After writing to the headquarters, they said that the product is supposed to be like this! I have also bought their matcha flavor cheesecake three times on Mondays, but the quality this time is really not good! The company takes no responsibility at all!

Always great cheesecake. However the smaller locations serve cold or room temp cheesecake which isn’t as good as the warm fresh kind. And the Scarborough location hasn’t had the berry cheesecake since you got it. Been there 3 times and they kept saying “come back tomorrow”.

I’m not sure what’s so hard to understand about, “one matcha cake”. Had to repeat myself four times. Fiona (not sure if this is her real name) has the audacity to put in an original cheesecake and when pointed out, grabbed the matcha cake. Proper and respectful customer service training for staff is highly recommended.
