Today I placed order online to be picked up at 530pm, when my wife arrived at 530, the staff member had yet to start my order, spending too much time talking with her boyfriend, after 10mins she finally acknowledged my wife, then was still 20mins making 3 subs, and 2 sammy's? Some of the food ingredients were not fresh and looked like they have been sitting around. This location was not very busy which might be the reason.

Never open on time. Blaring music from employees phones, always on the phone with their friends while taking uour order. Totally unprofessional.
