Nando's Peri-peri - Richmond Hill

My family loved this restaurant, the quality of eating is not what it was earlier. I ordered a chicken sandwich, the bungalow was stale and inedible, the chicken breast was no longer the half of the size of the bungalows, the only saving gnade were the fries that were quite decent. we will not go back soon.

The food arrived the rice was undercooked, the mashed tasted weird. I had to recooked the rice in my own rice cooker. I tried nandos in uk and we liked it. Not bad the Markham location but my last order I don't know what happened. I was looking forward to eat something worth it but for 81 dollars I think this is really wasted

Ridiculous service. Took over an hour for the food to be prepared. And then we got home to find the veggie wrap had chicken in. Absurd enough that this is the 3rd time it happened to someone who is vegetarian. Nandos needs to get some processes in place. 8 staff in the back tonight, and the kitchen and packing section was complete chaos. Zero method and organization. Very disappointed.

Dissapointed is a understament. Went here orderd the jumbo pakage. Was supposed to come with 4large sides and garlic bread. Was given 4small sides and 2 slices half cut garlic bread..I have beeen going to this location since 1990s. Have seen the quality drop over the years..callled manager and basicallly was told to fly a kite.. AVOID THIS LOCATION at all costs. Taking hard earned money from people shame on you. If i could give zero stars i would.. will be escalting this issue further.

Took 35mins to get order. The front was completely disorganized and had no idea who had arrived waiting for their order despite taking our names. I get home and this is what my food looked like. About 2oz of chicken and barely any food in the bowl. This is supposedly Grilled chicken and Halloumi salad This place has good food but they can't handle high traffic.
