McDonald's - Richmond Hill

This restaurant is terrible. They always mess up the orders - something is always missing or incorrect. Today I ordered a coffee with 2 milks and 2 donuts, but the donuts were frozen and the coffee had no milk. I am never satisfied when I come here and will not be returning. I would rather drive 15 minutes to another place or go to Tim Hortons.

Never order mcdelivery with this restaurant. 5 consecutive orders and they either missed an object, or gave us a wrong order completely. will not order from them again.

They are always short staffed! Longer waiting time!!completely destroy the concept of the convenience of drive-thru.

I had a disappointing experience at the McDonald's located at Yonge and Carville. Despite only having 25 minutes to get to work, which was just 2-3 minutes away, I had to wait in line for 15 minutes before placing my order. Even after waiting another ten minutes to receive my food, it was served cold. My hot chocolate was also cold, and my cheeseburger was missing a piece of the bun and was cold as well. To top it off, my order was incomplete as I only received two out of the three chocolate cookies I had ordered for my co-workers. The poor service and lack of teamwork among the staff was evident, leaving me frustrated and disappointed. Ultimately, I had to throw out my lunch and felt like my money had gone to waste. McDonald's needs to step up their game in terms of service quality.

My first time ever actually getting a meal here with my family. Burgers were good, as were McNuggets and fish filet. Fries were awesome. Fast service.
