Mcdonald's - Richmond Hill

Went here for a McRib and enjoyed my meal and staff was great very friendly great atmosphere.

All the tables are dirty. No staff comes out to clean them in between customers.No cups for ketchup had to use a pop lid.No tray to carry our food to our table.Staff not in uniform going in and out from behind counter.No one says hello to customers.Guests yelling loudly at each other.Just don't bring your kids here. Scary atmosphere.Kid-friendliness: No!

If I were able to give ZERO stars to this location, then I would! I bought a cup of coffee last Saturday Nov 18 around 5:40 am on my way to work. After a few sips, I realized something was wrong with the coffee. I opened the lid and it was spoiled cream!! How can they serve spoiled products? It’s a food hazard! I had a stomachache all day.The manager of this location needs to investigate this immediately!And make sure that all the products are not Expired!!Dietary restrictions: It was expired

I places an order inside the restaurant and even though it was quite busy, they made my order very fast. The staff were polite and efficient and the food was perfect. Great job!

I used to shop here all the time, and I always received something different from what I ordered. But since Mr. Parsa started taking my orders, it 's exactly what I want. He 's very patient and kind. Thank you, Mr. Parsa.
