Harvey's Restaurants - Richmond Hill

After a month or so they still haven't fixed the fan over the barbecue. There was smoke throughout the restaurant. Ordered 2 Angus burgers and they where raw still pink inside. Got home with our meal and my wife and kids asked me why I smelled like a bbq (smoke) anyways not a good visit.

I think this is the best Harvey’s I’ve ever been in. Stuff was so nice and the food was delicious. I asked for some advice about Angus toppings, got the best burger ever. Restaurant is clean, food is fresh and service is fast. Thanks Tima for great service.

Dine-in hours incorrect on Google as of 08/08/23. States open till midnight but door was locked at 10:45 on a Tuesday night despite open sign being lit. Hours aren't posted on the door. Update 08/16/23: Company reached out and has apparently added signage, I haven't been by to verify. I'm pleased with the result, but frustrated I had to jump through hoops via their ticketing and canned email system to get this resolved. I didn't want to get anyone in trouble, but it's frustrating when you're on foot and walk up to a door expecting a restaurant to be open (given the lit open sign), and then you can't even verify when it will be open in the future. Was this worth taking my time to resolve? And then to update my review? Not really. But hopefully it saves someone else frustration down the road.

Had a great meal with angus burgers with their ghost pepper sauce on it and wow this was the best prepared burger ever! The chicken strips were very well done. Great job on the superb food. Thanks for making my family visit for dinner memorable. Great place to have dinner.

I've witnessed management treat the staff horribly at this location. I will not be returning as I would not support a business where ownership and management do not value their hard working employees or treat them with respect.
