Harvey's - Richmond Hill

What happened to the original burger bun? We got takeout and the bun was not what we’re used to. Cornmeal bun which tasted stale. We don’t get Harvey’s hamburgers very often but usually enjoy them. The quality of the beef and the bun especially tonight was not enjoyable. Won’t be in a hurry to get it again.Parking: It’s fine

I prefer there to have more staff, because sometimes the waiting time is a little bit more than usual. Overall the quality of food is perfect and they are very polite. Also the place itself is relaxing. I have great time there whenever I go.

The lady who was cooking the food and taking it orders is extremely rude and needs to learn how Customer service works basically talks to you like you're beneath her. She ended the day I don't think I would ever return for this

Really like the tang of that Harv Sauce. They were out of olives at my last visit, a customer in front of me wanted some too. Ample seating that is spaced out. Was not expecting the hallway connection to Swiss Chalet.

I ordered a hotdog and it was delicious. There were a variety of toppings to choose from and the bread was good. I am giving 4 stars because one side of both hotdogs was burnt.
