I used to always visit this restaurant when I'm in St. Louis at The Galleria Mall. However, this time the service was terrible and the staff had a disrespectful attitude. I usually choose to spend my money at places I enjoy, but this time my mother joined me in St. Louis and had a negative experience. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.
The sushi at this restaurant is subpar. The rice is not cooked or mixed properly.
I ordered the Teriyaki Chicken Special for $7.49 on 3/13/23. I expected a freshly prepared meal exactly as I ordered, but after eating a quarter of it, I suddenly felt unwell. To my surprise, I discovered shrimp on my plate, which I am allergic to. This caused me to have an allergic reaction and I had to be taken to the ER from the Mall food court. I never ordered shrimp of any kind and I was extremely disappointed. Additionally, the customer service from the two grillmen who were preparing my food was lacking. Thank you for almost causing a serious health issue for me.
I got food poisoning from shrimp and fried rice which I ordered on black friday. Do not go here unless you want to go to the bathroom on yourself.
