The Fancy Biscuit - Richmond

The food here is delicious! My husband and I love driving up to Richmond just to eat here. They have a really cute dining room area upstairs that is decorated with plants. Their fried chicken is unlike anyone else's I've tried and the biscuits always taste so fresh. Try them. They will not disappoint!! :

You know the place has to be good if there is a wait outside the door before it opens. Food was great, I had the fan with fried egg added. Only complaint is the added gratuity that?s automatically included, but other that I enjoyed it

Would have been 5 stars if the fried chicken in my sandwich wasn?t sandbagged(cooked way ahead of time due to incompetent kitchen staff). Food came out way to quickly and chicken was room temperature. Biscuit was good, service was good. Potato salad was excellent. Big miss on the chicken.

I really really wanted to love this place, but I left the restaurant disappointed for multiple reasons. Although the food was pretty good, it wasn't impressive. Personally, I do not think the price is worth it at all. However, the worst part of our visit was the fact that my boyfriend and I were both done eating our meals before we even got out mimosas (that we ordered *before* the food). We ended up just getting to go cups an enjoyed them at home instead. I was so excited
