The Captain's Boil-Thornhill - Richmond

Food as usually is really good and it comes fast but the service at this location was terrible. There was maybe 2 other tables the whole time we were there and the staff didn't seem to care much. We had to call out several times to get our waiter and they would forget to bring things we asked for like ketchup and tartar sauce. I'd still go to captains boil but probably not this location

Food was good however service was extremely slow, our waitress was not very friendly and forgot to bring our add ons. I even had to remind her twice to bring us water. No plans to come back to this location for sure.

I didn’t realize it’s a plastic cutlery or no cutlery place. The sauce was yummy but the stench the lobster and boil it with the sauce in the bag. It’s messy and the service was average. It cost us over 120 for dinner for two but it was very fast food like

The service was abysmal. We received our crab legs and had to wait more than five minutes for clamps. We received rice and waited close to 15 mins for the bowls and spoons. By that time, the rice was lukewarm at best. There were two waiters trying to service a dozen tables on a Friday lunch, right before Christmas. The lack of organization was astonishing. I would not recommend this location.

Poor service; I came in a bit late, sat down with the party and was never spoken to once. Was not asked if I wanted anything. There was no bucket available for shells and waste of the seafood. We were told to just leave it on the table. By the end of our dinner the table was disgusting and they did not tend to it at all. We were served dessert with a filthy table and had to maneuver around the food we finished.
